Blizzardpaw jumped off of Lynxfur and sped toward Wolfheart. "DEAHT BERRIES!!!! " He yowled. His eyes were wide and he looked like a kit that got its paws on some twoleg sugar.

Wolfheart sighed, he supposed it would be much better to go off on their own now and get rid of some of Blizzardpaw's energy. At least his plan had worked and the young cat had actually heard him, "I'll see you later, Lynxfur, I'm sorry for interupting your training." He dipped his head apologetically and paddd away, "Come on, Blizzardpaw, I'll take you some death berries, just follow me and we'll find some really good ones for you." ((I'll make a new thread for them somewhere....))
Lynxfur stared after them, wide eyes, "Yeah... uh... see you... later...." She stuttered, blinking rapidly, trying to regain her senses after going through something so strange. Wolfheart was a patient and resourceful cat to be able to deal with Blizzardpaw. Lynxfur couldn't help but feel that she respected him even more now, as he led the wild apprentice away, coaxing him by using the words death berries a lot.
Giving her chest fur a couple licks, she glanced over at Goldenpaw, "Well... uh...," she shook her head lightly, "Well, should we... keep training then?" She was a little put off after all that had happened, but she was willing to keep training if Goldenpaw was.

Goldenpaw watched them leave, and suddenly felt sad. "Lynxfur...will he be OK?" he was totally sympathetic to the new apprentice, and he liked him. He just seemed full of energy, and fun. He just seemed like he would be a good friend. He looked at Lynxfur, and nodded. He would continue his training. Now that the 'audience' was gone, his barrier seemed to vanish, and he was free of it's walls.

Lynxfur padded to stand beside the young cat and press lightly against him, her tail resting over his flank, "I'm sure he'll be fine, Goldenpaw... Wolfheart will take good care of him." She pushed her shoulder against his lightly in a little bit of a playful gesture, "Come on... let's get back to training now."
She paused and looked down at him for a moment, then laughed, "To tell you the truth... I'm sort of glad their gone. With any other warrior I wouldn't mind them watching us, but Wolfheart was my mentor when I was an apprentice... I was so afraid of screwing up with him here to see!" She purred, then stepped back, wanting to make sure Goldenpaw could focus on what they were doing and wouldn't be distracted by what had just happened.

She was right;he would be much more open and observibe.(sp?) He looked at her, and said in a teasing voice, "Yeah, you probably would have fallen on yourself like I did! Or worse, you could have been the bird!!" He laughed. It felt good not to be concealed. He happiness was much stronger, and he was grateful for the wall to be gone. He smiled.
"You know, it would be more fun if you were the bird. Want to try it?" he joked. His silver eyes twinkled happily. He loved this. It was a lot more fun than he ever would have imagined.
(Sorry, it's a little short)

Lynxfur chuckled, "Yeah, alright... I'll be the eagle for now. Let's see... why don't you practice trying to stay behind me and get on my back. Now, it'll be a little harder with a real eagle, most likely, and a little different since they'll be in the air for the most part, but you can at least get the basic idea down." She nodded, satisfied with the idea for now, "The only way to really practice being the cat tiring out an eagle is by jumping as high as you can for as long as you can to strengthen your back legs and raise your endurance so you don't tire out easily, but you can do that on your own, whenever you find the time. Maybe you can make it into a contest with some other apprentices to make it more fun?"
She took another step back and shifted her paws to get ready to avoid Goldenpaw, standing light so she could dart away quickly. No, this definintely wouldn't be the same as with a real hawk or eagle, but it would help when the time came for him to actually hunt one, and it would come in even more handy if he ever had to fight one, "So, are you ready? You can start whenever you want, just try to get onto my back and hold on for as long as you can. Be careful with your claws though, I'm not a real eagle, after all!"

Goldenpaw laughed. "Awesome!" he said. Then, when she was ready, he waited to build, bunched up after a while, and leapt a tad to the right to hope she would go that way to dodge. In the air he still didn't know where she would go, but he knew he would come down one way or another. [/font]
(I don't know how to extend it...I was either powerplay or do a short post...and I don't like to powerplay...so I chose the short post. Sorry)
