The Mossy Dip is actually half way up on the Rocks of Moss. If you are climbing/walking up the Rocks of Moss, you will reach some open spaces. The Mossy Dip is the biggest of those spaces. And the flat area dips down a bit, and the dip makes a 20 square foot round area.
